At Nearly Natural, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical arrangements. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back into its original shipping box with all protective packaging to ensure the silk plants or trees are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
